Biography
LAWFIRM is a collective between Nuno Pinto (Turtl3), Francisco Castro (AntiMatter) and Miguel Fernandes(Spalovac Mrtvol) all producers/djs coming from diferent backgrounds such in music as in life.
Starting as a name for colaborations between Nuno Pinto, Francisco Castro and
Miguel Bessa(BSA) it soon gain own life as it captured the attention within
the comunity and general public. After some releases with tunes like Trepidation,
Shotdead, Darkness is my sweet bitch (rmx) and others in several Net Labels and many live performances around portugal and spain with artists such as: Freqax, Ymb, C-Netik, Krustov, Fragz as others.
After Bsa signed for a solo project on Yellow Stripe Records and since Miguel was
colaborating with Lawfirm in a regular basis we decided he would be a natural
candidate to replace a missing member.
We´ve been nominated for the portuguese COP Drum n Bass Awards twice in a row since 2009 for best producer and best song, and have signed for Infectech Records, Nu:Gen and Qbeats Recs.
We set our goal in bringing energic drum&bass tunes designed for the dance floor
and we combine our strenght in our live performances with back to back sessions.
